NOVELTY - The conductor has a laminating structure for laminating a conductive oxide layer i.e. transparent conductive oxide layer, and a graphene layer. The conductive oxide layer is provided in an upper side of the graphene layer. The graphene layer is repeatedly laminated by turns, and has a graphene sheet. The conductive oxide layer is made of indium oxide, tin oxide, gallium oxide, cadmium oxide, zinc oxide, calcium oxide and nickel oxide. The conductive oxide layer has thickness of preset nm. USE - Electric conductor for use in an electric component and transistor i.e. thin film transistor (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The conductor has better optical characteristics. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a transistor comprising a channel layer. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a side view of an electric conductor.
