▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing targeted fluorescent nanogel medicine-carrying system based on human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2) comprises (i) preparing doxorubicin (DOX)-loaded nanogels (NL-DOX) containing carboxy groups by mini-emulsion polymerization; (ii) after activation with N-hydroxysuccinimide and 1-ethyl-(3-dimethylaminopropane) carbodiimide, combining the aminated graphene quantum dots-(DOX)-loaded nanogels with carboxy groups through ammonia-carboxy complexation reaction, and bonding with the active targeting medicine herceptin containing amino group. USE - The method is useful for preparing targeted fluorescent nanogel medicine-carrying system based on HER2. ADVANTAGE - The method has good dispersibility and uniform distribution, good biocompatibility, and excellent fluorescence performance.
