NOVELTY - Bioimmunosensor comprises an enrichment and concentration component and detection component, where the enrichment and concentration component include magnetic particles, first specificity probe molecules and graphene oxide, the magnetic particles is combined with graphene oxide, the first specific probe molecule is bound to graphene oxide, the detection element includes a second specificity probe molecule and a cantilever, the portion of cantilever beam is modified with second specificity probe molecule, and the first specific probe molecule and second specific probe molecule is same or different. USE - The bioimmunosensor is useful in detecting device for detecting Escherichia coli DH5α, SARS-CoV-2 and monkeypox virus in sample (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method: has deflection mode based on magnetic force (105 pN), which improves magnitude of force compare with intermolecular force; has controllable magnitude and direction of applied magnetic force; and reduces detection sensitivity by 6 orders of magnitude by deflection of microbeam driven by magnetic force; has high detection sensitivity, and simple operation, which is easy to develop into instrument suitable for on-site detection.
