NOVELTY - Curtain wall with thermal insulation effect, comprises an aluminum substrate and a thermal insulation layer, where the thermal insulation layer is formed by spraying thermal insulation slurry on the aluminum substrate, drying and sintering; where the thermal insulation slurry comprises 25-40 pts. wt. diatomite, 10-20 pts. wt. modified zirconium oxide fiber, 4-9 pts. wt. fly ash, 2-6 pts. wt. opacifier, 1-4 pts. wt. boron oxide, 1-2.5 pts. wt. calcium silicate, 1-2 pts. wt. fumed silica, 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. mica powder, 0.2-0.8 pt. wt. silane coupling agent and 20-35 pts. wt. deionized water. USE - Used as curtain wall with thermal insulation effect. ADVANTAGE - The curtain wall has improved wear resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for the preparing curtain wall with thermal insulation effect, comprising (A) adding diatomite, modified zirconium oxide fiber, fly ash, opacifier, boron oxide, calcium silicate, fumed silica, mica powder, silane coupling agent, and deionized water into a ball mill at 600-1000 revolutions per minute for 2-8 hours, and passing through 100-300 mesh sieve to obtain thermal insulation slurry, and (B) spraying the thermal insulation slurry on the aluminum substrate, first drying at 150-200degrees Celsius, and placing it in a kiln for sintering at 550-580degrees Celsius for 30-60 minutes to obtain final product.
