▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - An activated graphene dispersion comprises 30-40 pts. wt. graphene, 0.1-0.2 pt. wt. polysorbate, 6-9 pts. wt. potassium permanganate, 2-4 pts. wt. chlorosulfonic acid, 0.7-1 pt. wt. barium naphthenate and 100-120 pts. wt. dimethylformamide. USE - Activated graphene dispersion is used for preparing heat-resistant polyaniline conductive film (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The polyaniline conductive film prepared using the activated graphene dispersion, has excellent electrical conductivity stability and heat resistance, and high mechanical strength. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) preparation of activated graphene dispersion, which involves adding barium naphthenate to dimethylformamide, uniformly stirring, obtain amide solution, adding graphene to 96-98% sulfuric acid solution, ultrasonically dissolving, adding potassium permanganate, stirring, adding chlorosulfonic acid, stirring, filtering, washing the precipitate with water, drying, obtaining activated graphene, adding activated graphene to the amide solution, adding polysorbate, and stirring; and (2) usage of activated graphene dispersion in an electroconductive film e.g. heat-resistant polyaniline conductive film.
