▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Method for producing a surface-treated metal plate, involves (a) mixing graphene oxide and a melamine or water-soluble melamine resin with water to obtain a suspension containing a graphene oxide-melamine complex, (b) immersing a metal plate chosen from a galvanized steel plate, a steel plate, a zinc plate, or a copper plate in the suspension, (c) integrating the metal ions eluted from the metal plate and the graphene oxide-melamine complex on the metal plate to obtain a film comprising a complex of metal ions and a reduced graphene oxide-melamine complex, and (d) heating the metal plate and drying. USE - The method is useful for producing a surface-treated metal plate. ADVANTAGE - The metal plate has excellent tensile strength, electron mobility, thermal conductivity, transparency, corrosion resistance, heat dissipation, adhesiveness, strength, workability and heat resistance. The method is simple to operate and shortens film formation time.
