▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing electro-galvanized surface super-hydrophobic film layer comprises (1) uniformly coating a layer of substrate reagent on the surface of the electroplating zinc product, natural drying, and forming a base layer on the surface of the electro-galvanized product, (2) drying, continuously coating a layer of hydrophobic layer solution on the surface of the substrate layer, leveling, naturally drying, repeatedly coating, coating hydrophobic layer solution for 2-4 times, and forming surface of the substrate layer with a super-hydrophobic layer, and (3) naturally drying to obtain the electroplating zinc product with super-hydrophobic film layer on the surface, where the super-hydrophobic film layer is composed of substrate layer and super hydrophobic layer. USE - The method is useful for preparing electro-galvanized surface super-hydrophobic film layer, which is useful in galvanized product for reducing steel atmosphere corrosion rate, and also useful in large-scale industrial production. ADVANTAGE - The method has simple process, low cost raw materials, low requirements for equipment, is non-toxic and environmentally friendly, and is conducive to realize large-scale industrial production. The super hydrophobic film layer effectively improves corrosion resistance and hydrophobicity of the material surface. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparation method of electrogalvanized surface super hydrophobic film layer, comprising (1) mixing absolute ethanol and distilled water, stirring at 30℃, and adjusting the stirring speed to 300-500 revolutions/minute for 5-10 minutes to obtain mixture C, (2) adding perfluorodecyltriethoxysilane into mixture C, stirring at 30-40℃, adjusting the stirring speed to 500-800 revolutions/minute for 30-40 minutes, and obtaining mixture D, and (3) adding the redox graphene solution into the mixture D, stirring at 30-40℃, and adjusting the stirring speed to 400-500 revolutions/minute for 20-40 minutes to obtain required hydrophobic layer solution.
