NOVELTY - Anti-corrosion coating material comprises 90-150 g epoxy resin, 4-6 g mineral powder, 0.05-0.5 g graphene micro-tablets, 0.5-2 g sepiolite powder, 3-8 g pigment, 5-15 g nano-titanium carbide, 0.4-0.6 g selenium powder, 0.5-1.5 g rare earth oxide, 0.5-1 g curing agent, 10-20 g wax powder, 0.5-1 g leveling agent, 0.5-1 g brightener, 4-8 g zinc powder, 0.5-1.5 g calcined wollastonite powder and 0.5-1.5 g nano-silica. USE - Anti-corrosion coating material is useful in straight seam welded pipe surface (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The material has excellent corrosion resistance, impact resistance and abrasion resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparation of anti-corrosion coating material comprising (i) adding epoxy resin, mineral powder, sepiolite powder, selenium powder, rare earth oxide, wax powder, zinc powder and calcined wollastonite powder into a nylon ball mill, continuously milling for 4-6 hours, screening using 180-200 mesh, collecting to obtain mixed powder, (ii) mixing mixed powder in the mixing tank and graphene micro-tablet, nano-silicon dioxide, pigments, nano-titanium carbide, curing agent, leveling agent and brightener, extruding in a extruder to obtain a sheet material, and (iii) pulverizing the sheet material, introducing into the nylon ball mill tank, ball milling for 4-6 hours, screening using 400-600 mesh screen, collecting sieve under the material to obtain final product.
