NOVELTY - Producing wear-resistant gasket of graphene composite lubricating coating involves placing steel raw materials for blanking finishing, forming gasket, and cleaning, removing surface oil stain. The pre-processed gasket is put into the pre-heating furnace, drying and preheating for 30-50 minutes, then performing nitriding treatment and keeping the temperature for 80 minutes, then carrying out oxidation treatment, then cooling and cleaning. The heat-treated gasket is preheated, then performing the first priming and spraying for the gasket for the first time, after heating and curing, turning the surface to perform the first priming and spraying of the other surface, after heating and solidifying, carrying out the second spraying of the side, heating and solidifying to form a film layer, then turning over the other surface for the second time spraying, heating and solidifying to form a film layer. The finished product gasket is obtained. USE - Production process of wear-resistant gasket of graphene composite lubricating coating (claimed) used in excavation machinery and loaders. ADVANTAGE - The surface hardness of the gasket is high, the core hardness is low, the product surface abrasion resistance and impact resistance are excellent, the surface is self-lubricating, and has longer service life.
