▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Producing heat radiation ink, comprises (a) preparing first mixture by mixing 25-70 wt.% solvent and 10-30 wt.% resin, (b) mixing 0.5-30 wt.% dry-wet graphene flakes, 0.1-20 wt.% carbon nanotubes, 0.5-10 wt.% dispersant, and 0.5-10 wt.% surfactant to prepare a second mixture, and (c) mixing the second mixture with the first mixture to prepare a heat dissipation ink containing graphene flakes. USE - The heat dissipation ink is useful for producing heat dissipation product. ADVANTAGE - The method produces dry-wet graphene flakes from graphite by a physical method, uses the prepared dry-wet graphene flakes to prepare heat dissipation ink, produces heat-dissipating ink with high thermal emissivity, low-temperature and rapid heat treatment, without addition of formaldehyde and volatile organic solvents, and does not discharge volatile organic compounds during ink coating. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a flowchart illustrating the method for producing heat dissipation ink based on dry and wet graphene flakes (Drawing includes non-English language text).
