▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The fabrication method involves coating side surface of three-dimensional insert with metal appropriate for graphene growth. A layer of graphene is then grown directly on metal coating. A strip of the graphene layer and metal coating is removed to expose the side surface (102A) of the insert (102) while leaving line of graphene on metal winding around insert and extending continuously from first end of line to a second end (108B) of line. USE - Fabrication method for three-dimensional graphene nanoribbon (claimed) used in e.g., solenoid windings. ADVANTAGE - By removing a strip of the graphene layer and metal coating to expose the side surface of the insert (102) while leaving line of graphene on metal winding around insert and extending continuously from first end of line to a second end of line, cracks, breaks or other discontinuities that may readily occur during lift-off process is prevented. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The coating of metal is selected from group made up of copper, nickel and alloys. The insert is made up of ceramic material. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a three-dimensional graphene nanoribbon.
