NOVELTY - Production of polypropylene material graphene color masterbatch involves (i) pulverizing a polypropylene raw material to obtain 50-80 mesh polypropylene powder, mixing the obtained powder with a graphene material and continuously stirring, (ii) uniformly distributing the graphene material on the polypropylene powder and subjecting the obtained mixture material to circulating boiler for heat treatment, (iii) adding a buffering agent to improve the dispersion and permeation effect, increasing the temperature in the circulating boiler and continuously stirring to uniformly disperse and dissolve the graphene material, and (iv) cooling and granulating the dissolved masterbatch slurry to form a color masterbatch finished product. USE - Production of graphene masterbatch of polypropylene material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables production of polypropylene material graphene color masterbatch with improved thermal conductivity and antibacterial properties. The graphene improves performance of polypropylene material, and adds diverse functions to color masterbatch. The method is simple and easy to implement. The masterbatch has smooth surface and compact structure.
