The heating layer comprises 95-98 wt.% polyurethane resin, 2-5 wt.% graphene and 0.01-0.5 wt.% black phosphorus/metal oxide nano composite material. USE - Energy-saving soaking electrothermal fabric used for electric blanket and sitting-lying device. ADVANTAGE - The energy-saving heat-equalizing electric heating fabric has excellent thermal power and pressure sensitive performance of the pressure sensitive material and product. The black phosphorus/metal oxide nano-composite material has strong semiconductor performance, thermoelectric performance, and pressure-sensitive characteristics, and has strong nano effect, which is very high current switch ratio, and can be quickly converted into conductor by the semiconductor under the condition of feeling the pressure, thus improving the pressure sensitivity of the heating layer in the electric heating film. The phase change layer makes the heat distribution uniformly and energy storage, improves the energy utilization efficiency and improves the use comfort. A preparation method of energy-saving soaking electrothermal fabric, which involves uniformly dispersing the black phosphorus/metal oxide nano composite material in deionized water after oxygen removal to obtain black phosphorus/metal oxide nano composite material dispersion liquid, where the concentration of the dispersion liquid is 1-10 mg/ml, dispersing graphene powder with required mass in the nano composite material dispersion liquid to obtain dispersion liquid with the concentration of graphene being 50-100 mg/ml, adding the aqueous polyurethane emulsion with required mass into the dispersion liquid prepared, further uniformly dispersing to obtain aqueous slurry, where the solid content of the aqueous polyurethane is 30-60%, scraping the water-based slurry on a release film to form a wet film with a specific thickness by adopting a blade coating mode, and drying the wet film under a heating condition to obtain a dry film, the thickness of the wet film is 200-800 µm, printing complete metal conductive paste layers on the upper and lower surfaces of the dry film prepared, drying, and then taking the dry film as a heating electrode, and respectively leading out leads on the upper and lower layers for connecting a power supply, the dry film with the surface containing the metal electrode and the lead is a heating layer of the electrothermal film and sequentially arranging a phase change layer and a fabric on the electrothermal film heating layer prepared to obtain the energy-saving soaking electrothermal fabric.
