NOVELTY - A catalyst comprises 1-4 pts. wt., preferably 3 pts. wt. lanthanum oxide, 1-5 pts. wt., preferably 4 pts. wt. lanthanum nitride, 22-40 pts. wt., preferably 32 pts. wt. lithium oxide, 12-35 pts. wt., preferably 28 pts. wt. graphene, 12-28 pts. wt., preferably 22 pts. wt. sodium phosphate, 8-22 pts. wt., preferably 17 pts. wt. calcium silicate, 25-40 pts. wt., preferably 36 pts. wt. acetic acid and 22-44 pts. wt., preferably 38 pts. wt. anhydrous ethanol. USE - Catalyst is used for petroleum processing. ADVANTAGE - The catalyst has a high activity, excellent stability and long life. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of catalyst, which involves adding simultaneously lanthanum oxide, lanthanum nitride, lithium oxide, graphene, sodium phosphate and calcium silicate to a ball mill and grinding for 2-4 hours, preferably 3.5 hours to form powder with a particle size of 300-500 mesh, preferably 450 mesh, adding acetic acid at 4-12 degrees C, preferably 8 degrees C into the mixed powder, stirring for 10-35 minutes, preferably 28 minutes, filtering to obtain filtrate residue, washing the filtrate residue with deionized water for three times, adding anhydrous ethanol and stirring for 8-15 minutes, preferably 10 minutes, adding twice the amount of water to the stirred mixture, filtering to remove ethanol, drying the residue at 35-48 degrees C, preferably 45 degrees C to obtain powder mixture, placing the powdered mixture in a mixer in a pressure of 2.8-3.5 MPa, preferably 3.2 MPa and blowing high-pressure gas into the powder for 6-10 minutes, preferably 8 minutes, stopping the high-pressure gas and co-depositing each powder to mix uniformly, placing the mixed powder in an electric furnace and sintering in a three stage heating zones at 450 degrees C, 570 degrees C and 690 degrees C in a helium protective atmosphere and each stage of the sintering time is 1-4 hours, preferably 2.5 hours. The mass ratio of the filter residue and deionized water is 1:1-1.4, preferably 1:1.3.
