▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Graphene bacteriostatic down coat comprises a down feather filled between a surface layer and a lining, where the surface layer comprises a base cloth, a graphene bacteriostatic layer soaked on the upper surface of the base cloth layer and permeated to the lower surface, and a washing-resistant film set outside the antibacterial layer. USE - Used as graphene bacteriostatic down coat. ADVANTAGE - The coat has washing film attached on graphene bacteriostatic layer surface by unique high vacuum magnetic control sputtering way, deposited surface to form a certain thickness of the structure of the compact film, the surface has smooth covering property, improves the adhesion of the graphene bacteriostatic layer on the base cloth, the antibacterial durability of the down jacket is improved by matching with the graphene bacteriostatic layer. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the graphene bacteriostatic down coat, comprising (i) blending polypropylene fibers and polytetrafluoroethylene fibers to obtain a base cloth; (ii) adding deionized water into strong acid dispersant, pouring the graphene powder, dispersing, adding epoxy resin and stabilizing agent, and mixing uniformly to obtain graphene antibacterial treatment liquid, soaking the base cloth in the graphene antibacterial treatment liquid, soaking for 30 minutes, baking at 150degreesC for 3 minutes to obtain graphene bacteriostatic layer; (iii) mixing the aqueous acrylic resin, aqueous polyester resin, triethylamine, cosolvent and de-ionized water to obtain washing liquid using high vacuum magnetic control sputtering device to resist washing liquid as target, carrying out sputtering treatment along surface of the graphene antibacterial layer to obtain washing-resistant film, namely the surface layer; (iv) weaving the cotton fiber to obtain the lining; and (v) filling the down between the lining and the surface layer, and sewing.
