NOVELTY - A bioactive ligand functionalized graphene film comprises biologically active ligand connected to a graphene film. The biologically active ligand is nickel-ammonia triacetate ligand. USE - Bioactive ligand functionalized graphene film. ADVANTAGE - The graphene can directly locate or capture target biomolecules in cell lysates and expects biomolecule purification and cryo-electron microscopy sample preparation can be combined in one step. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the functionalized graphene film comprising transferring graphene film to an electric mirror carrier net; processing using mixed aqueous solution of potassium permanganate and alkaline compound; and using ammonia triacetate activate the graphene film and reacting with nickel salt.
