NOVELTY - Graphene heat-dissipating film production equipment comprises a separating part, drying part, spraying reduction repairing part, conveying part, soaking processing part, ultraviolet light reaction part, and washing part, the separation part includes a separation barrel that can separate graphene particles with relatively large diameters in the graphene dispersion, and separates the graphene oxide dispersions with large diameters, the drying part includes spray dryer capable of drying the large-diameter graphene oxide dispersion into powder, the spraying reduction repairing part comprises a plasma spraying device, working gas storage tank, carbon source storage tank and closed heating furnace, the conveying part comprises a unreeling machine, base band, calender, and winding machine, the working gas storage tank respectively connected to plasma spraying device, the working gas in the working gas storage tank enters into the plasma spraying device and is ionized to be hydrogen plasma. USE - Used as graphene heat-dissipating film production equipment. ADVANTAGE - The device can produce graphene radiating film with higher heat-conducting ability, and improves the strength of the radiating films, and makes it more resistant to bending.
