NOVELTY - Breathable and warm down clothes fabric comprises a base cloth layer, a heat insulation layer and a thermoplastic polyurethane film layer with a porous structure that are sequentially stacked from the inside to the outside. The heat insulation layer is combined on the base fabric layer by dipping and finishing. The heat insulation layer comprises 70 pts. wt. polyurethane, 50-70 pts. wt. silicon dioxide aerogel, 20 pts. wt. graphene particles and 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. modified pore-forming agent. USE - Used as breathable and warm down clothes fabric. ADVANTAGE - The fabric has good adhesive strength, toughness and wear resistance; greatly improves heat performance and improves the heat preservation and ventilation performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing breathable and warm down clothes fabric comprising (a) weaving polyester and polyarylate fibers to obtain a base cloth layer, (b) adding silane coupling agent and oxazoline to the pore-forming agent, stirring at 40-60℃ for 20-60 minutes to obtain mixed solution A, (c) mixing the silicon dioxide aerogel and the mixed solution A, stirring for 5-10 minutes at a rotating speed of 250-300revolutions/minutes to obtain a mixed solution B, (d) mixing the polyurethane and mixed solution B, adding graphene particles, stirring for 50 minutes, allowing to stand for 2-3 hours to obtain heat insulation layer mixed solution and (e) soaking the base fabric layer in the heat insulation layer mixed solution for dipping and rolling, where the dipping and rolling process comprises two dipping and two rolling, the soaking time is 3-5 minutes, the rolling ratio is 75-90%, pre-baking, baking after finishing dipping and rolling process, where the pre-baking temperature is 50-80℃, the pre-baking time is 4-8 minutes, the baking temperature is 120-140℃, the baking time is 3-4 minutes, fully washing, drying at 60-80℃, bonding a thermoplastic polyurethane film layer on the outer side of the heat insulation layer on the obtained base fabric layer by an adhesive and hot pressing to obtain breathable and warm down clothes fabric.
