▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - The attenuator has coplanar waveguide (1) that includes coplanar waveguide signal line (11) and first coplanar waveguide ground line (12) and a second coplanar waveguide ground line (13) symmetrically placed with respect to coplanar waveguide signal line. A first absorption resistor (2) is located between coplanar waveguide signal line and first coplanar waveguide ground line. A second absorption resistor (3) is located between the coplanar waveguide signal line and second coplanar waveguide ground line. The first absorption resistor and the second absorption resistor comprise a graphene film. The resistance of the graphene film is adjusted by applying regulated voltage to adjust the amount of attenuation of microwave power on coplanar waveguide signal line. The driving electrodes are made of metal copper or gold. The dielectric layers are made of silicon dioxide or silicon nitride. The substrate is made of liquid crystal polymer or silicon. USE - Microwave attenuator used for amplitude weighting of phase of phased array antenna, and impedance matching of radio frequency (RF) circuit. ADVANTAGE - The voltage-regulated absorbing resistor is applied to the driving electrode to achieve the reconfigurable amount of attenuation, so that device microwave performance and applicability can be improved and the size of the device can be reduced. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic view of the microwave attenuator.
