NOVELTY - A graphene glass comprises a glass substrate and a graphene layer directly grown on the glass substrate. The graphene glass has optical transmittance of 82.1-90% and surface resistance of 786-1133 Omega /square. USE - Graphene glass. ADVANTAGE - The graphene glass has excellent quality and transmittance, and low sheet resistance, and can be prepared by controlling nucleation density and domain size during graphene growth. The graphene glass has uniform layers and can be prepared without using metal catalyst. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the graphene glass, which involves using water vapor precursor.
