NOVELTY - The method involves (a) injecting electromagnetic wave reflective material, electromagnetic wave absorbing material, and an electrolyte solution (120) into a plating bath (130), (b) mounting a heat radiation sheet (140) in plating bath, and (c) forming an electromagnetic wave shielding layer on heat radiation sheet by electroplating an electromagnetic wave reflecting material and electromagnetic wave absorbing material on heat radiation sheet. The heat radiation sheet includes natural graphite, artificial graphite, and/or expanded graphite. The electromagnetic shielding layer exhibits heat dissipation. The material that reflects electromagnetic waves is metal. The electromagnetic wave absorbing material is graphene oxide and/or MXene. When ultrasonic waves are applied to plating bath, the electromagnetic wave reflective material is plated on heat radiation sheet in form of electromagnetic wave shielding composite bonded to surface of wave absorbing material. USE - The method is useful for manufacturing composite plated heat dissipation sheet using device (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to manufacture composite plated heat dissipation sheet with excellent performance by performing powder electroplating in order to increase the electromagnetic wave shielding performance in the high frequency region.
