▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing high dispersivity, impact resistance and anti-corrosive paint comprises (i) stirring graphene and foaming agent to obtain graphene mixed powder, (ii) stirring graphene powder and porous rubber particle, heating and maintaining at constant temperature until the rubber particle pores are filled with graphene powder, (iii) adding resin, solvent and anti-settling agent and stirring to obtain component, (iv) grinding to obtain component A and (v) stirring defoaming agent, curing agent, flatting agent and solvent, cooling to obtain component B and mixing component A and component B. USE - The method is useful for preparing high dispersivity, impact resistance and anti-corrosive paint. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing high dispersivity, impact resistance and anti-corrosive paint comprises (i) stirring uniformly by adding graphene and low-temperature foaming agent of mass ratio 10:0.5-2 into a stirring container at room temperature to obtain graphene mixed powder, (ii) adding graphene powder and porous rubber particle into the stirring container, sealing the container, stirring under high-speed and heating to 50 degrees C, maintaining constant temperature until the rubber particle pores are filled with graphene powder and separating using a solid sieve to remove the excess graphene mixed powder, (iii) adding resin, solvent and anti-settling agent into the stirring container, stirring under 1000-2000 revolutions/minute, stirring by adding the rubber particle pores filled with graphene powder into the stirring container and heating in water bath to 80 degrees C for 1-2 hours to obtain component , (iv) grinding the obtained component using grinding machine and filtering through a sieve of pore size of 35 mu m to obtain component A and (v) adding defoaming agent, curing agent, flatting agent and solvent into the stirring container, uniformly stirring for 1-1.5 hours at a speed of 800-1500 revolutions/minute, stirring at the temperature of 40-60 degrees C, cooling to room temperature to obtain component B and uniformly mixing component A and component B at a ratio of 100:12-30. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for the high dispersivity, impact resistance and anti-corrosive paint prepared by above method.
