NOVELTY - Exterior wall waterproof and thermal insulation building material comprise bottom coating layer, middle heat insulation layer and upper waterproof layer, where the bottom coating layer includes 30-50 pts. wt. cement, 2-3 pts. wt. talc, 5-12 pts. wt. carbon black, 5-8 pts. wt. titanium dioxide powder, and 10-20 pts. wt. calcium carbonate powder. The intermediate thermal insulation layer includes 3-5 pts. wt. iron oxide, 15-20 pts. wt. mineral wool, 5-8 pts. wt. graphene particles, and 10-20 pts. wt. sepiolite fiber. The upper waterproof layer includes 8-9 pts. wt. latex powder, 6-9 pts. wt. phenolic resin, 1-2 pts. wt. bamboo charcoal fiber, 8-15 pts. wt. modified calcium carbonate, and 3-5 pts. wt. titanium dioxide. USE - Used as exterior wall waterproof and thermal insulation building material. ADVANTAGE - The thermal insulation building materials is more environmentally friendly and has good thermal insulation waterproof performance, and better toughness. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a preparation method of exterior wall waterproof and thermal insulation building material comprising (S1) providing 30-50 pts. wt. cement, 2-3 pts. wt. talc, 5-8 pts. wt. titanium dioxide powder and 10-20 pts. wt. calcium carbonate powder, adding them into a ball mill for grinding, passing the ground powder through a 60 mesh sieve, placing the ground powder in an ultrasonic disperser for dispersion and mixing for 1 hour, transferring the mixed powder to a mixer, adding 30-40 pts. wt. water, 3-5 pts. wt. thickening agent, 5-12 pts. wt. carbon black, 2-8 pts. wt. polyester fiber and 10-15 pts. wt. dodecyl alcohol ester, continuously stirring for about two hours to the primer layer as a base coat, (S2) adding 3-5 pts. wt. iron oxide, 7-14 parts of granite powder, 5-8 pts. wt. graphene particles into a ball mill in the preparation stage of the intermediate thermal insulation layer, grinding, sieving the ground powder with a 50-mesh sieve, adding the ground powder into the ultrasonic disperser for about half an hour, dispersing, mixing, and then adding the mixed powder to the mixer, mixing 10-20 pts. wt. water, 3-5 pts. wt. thickening agent, 15-20 pts. wt. mineral wool, 10-20 pts. wt. sepiolite fiber, 3-5 pts. wt. propylene glycol, 3-5 pts. wt. antifoaming agent, 5-8 pts. wt. carboxy polyester resin, 3-5 pts. wt. preservatives, where the mixing time is not less than 1 hour, (S3) placing 10-15 pts. wt. water, 3-5 pts. wt. thickening agent, 8-9 pts. wt. latex powder, 6-9 pts. wt. phenolic resin, 8-5 pts. wt. dodecyl alcohol ester, 10-5 pts. wt. acrylic emulsion, 3-5 pts. wt. silica, 1-2 pts. wt. bamboo charcoal fiber, 8-15 pts. wt. modified calcium carbonate, 3-5 pts. wt. titanium dioxide, 3-5 pts. wt. dispersant, 3-5 pts. wt. antifoaming agent, 3-5 pts. wt. preservatives in a mixer in the preparation stage of the upper waterproof layer, mixing and stirring, where the stirring time is not less than two hours.
