▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Microcapsule composite heat storage material is claimed. The composite heat storage material is graphene oxide modified titanium dioxide-paraffin microcapsule composite heat storage material which has core-shell structure as whole, taking paraffin as the core and titanium dioxide as the shell wall to coat the surface of paraffin, uniformly attaching graphene oxide to the surface of titanium dioxide as a core-shell modified material. The stoichiometric ratio of core paraffin, shell wall titanium dioxide and core-shell modified material graphene oxide is 100:100:1-3. USE - Used as microcapsule composite heat storage material. ADVANTAGE - The microcapsule composite heat storage material has stable core-shell structure, improves coverage and thermal conductivity, retains paraffin thermal properties and inhibit leakage and corrosion, and has thermal conductivity of 0.145 Wm-1K-1 compared with the ordinary paraffin, and thermal conductivity is increased by 60.69.104.83%. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing microcapsule composite heat storage material comprising (i) preparing raw materials according to the stoichiometric ratio of paraffin, titanium dioxide, and graphene oxide of 100:100:1-3, where purity of paraffin, titanium dioxide and graphene oxide are not less than 99.0%, (ii) taking sodium dodecyl sulfate as a surface modifier to modify the paraffin in solvent formamide, mixing with the melted paraffin to obtain transparent paraffin mixed emulsion system, (iii) adding mixture of tributyltin and water dropwise into the paraffin emulsion system and stirring fully to make the paraffin emulsion system fully mixed to obtain precursor solution, (iv) adding trace amount of acetic acid to the precursor solution and stirring thoroughly, and then preparing titanium dioxide-paraffin microcapsules, (v) dispersing graphene oxide having mass fraction of 1-3% in formamide solution by ultrasonic dispersion, and then gradually adding it to the titanium dioxide-paraffin microcapsule system to fully react to obtain microcapsule sample, and (vi) washing microcapsule sample three times with absolute ethanol and then centrifuging and filtering to obtain gray solid substance as graphene oxide modified titanium dioxide-paraffin microcapsule composite heat storage material.
