NOVELTY - Leather cup material, comprises 50-60 pts. wt. polytetrafluoroethylene, 10-20 pts. wt. polyimide, 1-5 pts. wt. graphene, 5-10 pts. wt. ceramic powder, 5-10 pts. wt. zirconia and 2-8 pts. wt. other auxiliary agent. The polyimide is modified polyimide. The modified polyimide is prepared from polyimide, chitosan, ethanol, benzoic acid and dimethylol butyric acid. The ceramic powder is modified ceramic powder. The modified ceramic powder is prepared from ceramic powder, zinc powder, a silane coupling agent, propylene glycol and epoxy acrylate. The other auxiliary agent comprises one of benzoyl peroxide and diethylenetriamine. USE - The leather cup material is useful in atomizing pump for atomizing liquid medicine into micro particles. ADVANTAGE - The material: has excellent high temperature resistance and friction resistance.
