▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Radiation-proof breathable fabric, comprises 60-120 pts. wt. mixed fiber, 5-10 pts. wt. graphene, 10-30 pts. wt. carbon nanotubes, 20-30 pts. wt. polyethylene, 20-30 pts. wt. polyvinyl chloride, 5-15 pts. wt. ferroferric oxide, 5-15 pts. wt. tungsten carbide, 30-50 pts. wt. polyacrylonitrile, and 80-100 pts. wt. dimethylformamide. The preparation method of radiation-proof breathable fabric comprises mixing polyacrylonitrile with dimethylformamide, stirring, adding ferric tetroxide and tungsten carbide, stirring to form mixed solution, and electrospinning to obtain mixed spinning A, heating polyethylene and polyvinyl chloride to molten state, adding graphene and carbon nanotubes, stirring, dispersing graphene and carbon nanotubes in polyethylene and polyvinyl chloride in melting table, and melt spinning to obtain mixed spinning B, weaving mixed fiber into warp yarns, mixing mixed spinning A and B and weaving as weft yarn, weaving warp yarns and weft yarns into fabric. USE - Used as radiation-proof breathable fabric. ADVANTAGE - The radiation-proof breathable fabric has excellent anti-radiation function and ventilate property.
