NOVELTY - A long-lasting antistatic foamed PVC is prepared by: (1) heating and melting glyceryl monostearate, adding oleic acid and KH560 (RTM: 3-Glycidoxypropyltrimethoxysilane), thoroughly stirring and mixing to obtain a surfactant, improving the interface compatibility between carbon materials and PVC, and increasing the bonding strength; (2) fully and uniformly mixing the surfactant, reduced graphene oxide and carbon nanotubes in a mixer to obtain a slightly sticky black mixture; (3) mixing the black mixture with PVC according to the mass ratio of 1:10, and introducing into a pelletizer for pelletizing to prepare an antistatic masterbatch; and (4) evenly mixing the antistatic masterbatch with PVC, and introducing into a foaming machine or an extruder for processing and foaming, which is a traditional process. The mass ratio of reduced graphene oxide and carbon nanotubes is 1:1. The mass ratio of surfactant to graphene and carbon nanotubes is 1:10. USE - Long-lasting antistatic foamed PVC.
