NOVELTY - Transferring graphene thin film involves growing graphene film on the metal substrate by chemical vapor deposition method to obtain the metal substrate growing graphene thin film. The metal substrate growing graphene thin film is bonded with the transfer target substrate to obtain good bonding transfer target substrate/graphene/growth substrate composite film. The obtained composite film is placed in a wet oxygen environment and is sufficiently oxidized to obtain a transfer target substrate/ graphene/oxygen intercalation/growth substrate composite film. USE - Method for transferring graphene thin film (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to transfer graphene thin film in simple, cost effective and eco-friendly manner which is suitable for graphene industrial production, the method improves integrity of transferred graphene, and reduces resource consumption by reusing wet-oxygen environment. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Transferring graphene thin film involves growing graphene film on the metal substrate by chemical vapor deposition method to obtain the metal substrate growing graphene thin film. The metal substrate growing graphene thin film is bonded with the transfer target substrate to obtain good bonding transfer target substrate/graphene/growth substrate composite film. The obtained composite film is placed in a wet oxygen environment and is sufficiently oxidized to obtain a transfer target substrate/ graphene/oxygen intercalation/growth substrate composite film. The obtained composite film is separated from the graphene by a prescribed peeling off method to obtain a transfer target substrate/graphene film after that the graphene transfer is complete.
