▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - A graphene material preparation method involves swelling graphite alkene by putting oxidized graphite in a heating container, sealing the container, and fast raising temperature of the container for 30-120 seconds. Expanded graphite alkene is prepared by adding 0.25-15 weight parts of zinc chloride into the water solution, and graphene and stirring for 6-24 hours to obtain the mixed solution. The mixed solution is filtered. The filterate is placed on the chemical vapor deposition system in the presence of carbon dioxide gas, and cooled at room temperature to obtain graphite material. USE - Method for preparing graphene material for a super capacitor. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing graphene material without changing graphene component with improved graphene micro structure and high charge storage ability in a simple and cost-effective manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A graphene material preparation method involves swelling graphite alkene by putting 1-2 weight parts of oxidized graphite in the heating container, sealing the container, and fast raising temperature of the container for 30-120 seconds. Expanded graphite alkene (0.5-1 weight parts) is prepared by adding 0.25-15 weight parts of zinc chloride into the water solution of 10 mol/l, 0.5-1 weight parts of graphene and stirring for 6-24 hours to obtain the mixed solution. The mixed solution is filtered by filter membrane, and washed with acid and de-ionized water. The filterate is kept at 50-150 degrees C in vacuum for 10 to 20 hours. The filtrate is placed on the chemical vapor deposition system at 600-900 degrees C in the presence of carbon dioxide gas, and reacted for 1-6 hours, and cooled at room temperature to obtain graphite material. Nitrogen gas is introduced to protect the heating and cooling process, where the filter membrane is regenerated cellulose film, PTFE film or glass fiber filter membrane, and the acid is hydrochloric acid or nitric acid of 1-10 mass%.
