NOVELTY - Production process of composite foam stabilizer for pumpable ceramsite concrete, comprises (i) mixing graphene oxide and fullerene in proportion, using an ultrasonic cleaning machine to sonicate for 2-3 hours to obtain a uniformly mixed graphene oxide/fullerene composite gel; (ii) making gelatin into an aqueous solution with a mass fraction of 10-30%, heating 45-50℃, adjusting the pH to 8-9 after the gelatin is completely dissolved, and hydrolyzing with alkaline protease with a dry weight of gelatin, reacting for 1-2 hours, heating up to 90℃ to inactivate the enzyme, and filtering to obtain hydrolyzed gelatin solution; (iii) mixing vegetable protein, sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate, sodium fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether sulfate and heating cationic modified epoxy resin emulsion, organosiloxane defoamer, graphene oxide/fullerene composite gel solution and hydrolyzed gelatin solution and stirring uniformly to obtain the composite stable foaming agent. USE - The method is useful for production process of composite foam stabilizer for pumpable ceramsite concrete. ADVANTAGE - The composite foam stabilizer prolongs the foam stabilizing time, improves foam concrete hole structure, controls the ceramic particle to float on the large area, solves the problem of the hole caused by the air cannot be discharged caused by low fluidity, and improves the yield.
