NOVELTY - Preparation of high purity graphene comprises adding mixed liquid of water-soluble ionic liquid, ethanol, sodium lauryl polyoxyethylene ether sulfate, secondary alkyl sodium sulfonate, citric acid, and ethylenediamine in iron foil, heating, reacting at 500 degrees C and 10-4 Pa for 15-20 minutes under inert gas environment, and cooling. USE - Method for preparing high purity graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method has high efficiency. The graphene has good dispersing performance and sheet layer integrity and does not aggregate easily.
