NOVELTY - Preparing fluorinated graphene comprises uniformly mixing oxidized graphene with polyvinylidene fluoride, calcining under the protection of inert gas, where the inert gas is argon or nitrogen and carrying out fluorination reaction. The matrix material containing hydroxy functional group is polyvinyl alcohol or oxidized graphene. USE - The method for preparing fluorinated graphene is used as composite heat-conducting film (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method controls the amount of polyvinylidene fluoride can effectively control the production amount of hydrogen fluoride gas, so as to reduce the discharge of harmful gas, production safety is improved. By vacuum filtering, the fluorination graphene with the substrate to obtain the composite heat conducting film, the heat conducting coefficient of the film in the horizontal direction is greatly improved and keeps the low thermal conductivity in the vertical direction. The hydrogen bond between the fluorine-containing functional group of the fluorinated graphene and the base hydroxy can effectively reduce the interface thermal resistance in the heat-conducting film, to improve the heat conductor performance, and has strong use value.
