▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The method involves degrading graphite in graphene nanoplatelets using the mechanical energy generated in a grinding system. The oxidometallic nanoparticles is deposited on the generated graphene sheets. The materials of construction or coating of the grinding containers is modified. The geometry of the grinding containers is changed. The size of the treated particles is regulated through the addition of stabilizers to the grinding system. The graphite is selected from the group of natural graphite, synthetic graphite or expanded graphite. The graphene nanoplatelets includes oxides of titanium, zinc, iron, nickel, cobalt, manganese, magnesium, silicon, zirconium and cerium aluminum. A vertical mill is provided with medium demolishing solid spheres of different sizes and different proportions. A planetary mill is provided with a grinding medium of solid spheres of different sizes and different proportions. USE - Method for preparing graphene nanocomposites with metal oxide nanoparticles through the mechanical treatment of graphite mixtures. ADVANTAGE - Reduction of the broker and inefficient conversion of graphene oxide to graphene is eliminated. The use of suspensions of low content of materials that are economically inefficient is avoided. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic representation of a method for preparing graphene nanocomposites with metal oxide nanoparticles through the mechanical treatment of graphite mixtures.
