DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The growth substrate surface is made of copper, nickel, molybdenum, alloy, silicon and silicon oxide. The ultrasonic stripping chemical vapor solution is selected from the group consisting of ethanol, acetone, N-methyl pyrrolidone, hydroxyl methyl ethylene urea resin, cyclopentanone and dimethyl formamide.
