NOVELTY - The electrode has a flexible transparent base plate surface formed with a graphene composite transparent electric conduction thin film. The graphene composite transparent electric conduction film is formed on a graphene sheet through ultrasonic stripping chemical vapor solution. The ultrasonic stripping chemical vapor solution is formed on a growth substrate surface. The graphene sheet is formed on the growth substrate surface. USE - Graphene composite flexible transparent electrode for solar energy battery, LED application, a touch screen, LCD application and photoelectric field. ADVANTAGE - The electrode has high conductivity, high visible light transmittance effect and better bending characters, and avoids raw material wastage and electric conduction phenomenon. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The growth substrate surface is made of copper, nickel, molybdenum, alloy, silicon and silicon oxide. The ultrasonic stripping chemical vapor solution is selected from the group consisting of ethanol, acetone, N-methyl pyrrolidone, hydroxyl methyl ethylene urea resin, cyclopentanone and dimethyl formamide.
