▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing thin-layer graphene polymer composite material comprises mixing and compacting polyvinyl alcohol, polyvinyl azide, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, ethylene-methyl methacrylate copolymer, triallyl isocyanurate, epoxy resin, modified graphene, 4,4'-diaminobiphenyl, and isophorone diisocyanate, and molding. USE - The method is useful for preparing thin-layer graphene polymer composite material. ADVANTAGE - The composite material: has excellent conductivity and tear resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparing the thin-layer graphene polymer composite material comprising (1) grinding the graphite until the particle size is less than 0.1 mm, mixing it evenly with concentrated sulfuric acid (90-98%) at mass ratio of 1:10-1:15, adding potassium permanganate (1-1.2 times mass of graphite), ultrasonically reacting at 50-60°C and 30-40kHz for 4-6 hours, controlling at 1-5°C, adding hydrogen peroxide (0.1-0.3 times the mass of graphite), stirring at speed of 800-1000 revolution/minute for 10-15 minutes, adding it into centrifuge, separating it under the centrifugation at a speed of 6000-8000 revolution/minute, centrifuging and washing with pure water and absolute ethanol for 3-5 times, and drying at 20-30°C and 1-2kPa for 6-8 hours to obtain graphene oxide; (2) adding the mixed solution of graphene oxide and nitrate in a high-pressure reactor at a mass ratio of 1:30-1:40, ultrasonicalyy reacting at 90-100℃ and 30-40kHz for 20-24 hours, filtering and washing with pure water for 3-5 times, and drying at 60-70°C for 10-12 hours to prepare pre-modified graphene; mixing pre-modified graphene, ethynyltriethoxysilane, sodium hydroxide solution (3-5 wt.%) and absolute ethanol in mass ratio of 2:1:10:15 to 3:1:15:20, ultrasonicalyy reacting at 20-30℃ and 30-40 kHz for 35-45 minutes, filtering and washing with pure water and absolute ethanol for 3-5 times, and drying at 20-30°C and 1-2kPa for 6-8 hours to prepare modified graphene; and (3) mixing polyvinyl alcohol, polyvinyl azide, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, ethylene-methyl methacrylate copolymer, triallyl isocyanurate and epoxy resin evenly according to the mass ratio of 1:3:3:4:2:2-1:4:5:6:3:3, banburying at 120-140℃ for 15-20 minutes, adding modified graphene (6-8 times that of polyvinyl alcohol), continue banburying for 10-15 minutes, adding 4,4'-diaminobiphenyl (0.3-0.5 times the mass of polyvinyl alcohol) and isophorone diisocyanate (0.3-0.5 times the mass of polyvinyl alcohol), continue banburying for 6-8 minutes, placing it in a closed mold cavity for molding, allowing to stand at 90-100°C for 4-6 hours, naturally cooling to room temperature and allowing to stand for 8-10 hours to prepare thin-layer graphene polymer composite material.
