NOVELTY - Pressure-sensitive conductive natural latex sponge composite material comprises 100 parts mass natural latex dry base, 1-20 parts mass vegetable fibers, 10-100 parts mass conductive particles, 1-4 parts mass sulfur, 1-5 parts mass zinc oxide, 0.5-2.5 parts mass accelerator, 0.5-1.5 parts mass antioxidant, and 0.5-10 parts mass casein. USE - The pressure-sensitive conductive natural latex sponge composite material is used in collision warning, wearable electronics, piezoresistive sensors or conductive rubber sponges (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The pressure-sensitive conductive natural latex sponge composite material improves the phenomenon of uneven agglomeration and dispersion of conductive particles, utilizes low-temperature freezing and water bath vulcanization, avoids the collapse of the cell structure and realizes the filling of the natural latex sponge with high content of conductive particles, and prepares a product that can be applied to collision warning. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the pressure-sensitive conductive natural latex sponge composite material comprising adding the sulfur dispersion, zinc oxide dispersion, accelerator dispersion and antioxidant dispersion obtained by ball milling to the natural rubber latex that has undergone the ammonia removal treatment for aging treatment to obtain mature natural latex for use, mixing the plant fiber aqueous solution, the conductive particles and the casein solution to obtain a conductive particle/plant fiber mixture, adding the obtained conductive particle/plant fiber mixture to the obtained mature natural latex, stirring until the dispersion is uniform, pouring it into the mold to carry out pre-freezing treatment and freezing treatment in turn, and subjecting the obtained frozen mixture to hydrothermal vulcanization at a water temperature of 80-100degrees Celsius, washing and drying to obtain the product.
