NOVELTY - Preparing modified slag grinding aid by desulfurization and denitration ash involves taking 85-90 pts. wt. desulfurization and denitration ash, 5-10 pts. wt. modified layered double hydroxides (LDHs), 2-4 pts. wt. graphene and 3-5 pts. wt. nano microporous active silicon, selecting raw material, adding the modified LDHs into the quantitative water, stirring for 3-5 minutes to make it dissolve uniformly, adding desulfurization and denitration ash, stirring for 3-5 minutes to make it mix uniformly, adding graphene, stirring to uniform state, raising temperature to 100-120° C for 5-10 hours and drying to constant weight, grinding material powder for 10-40 minutes to obtain the powder material with the specific surface area of about 300-500, mixing powder material and nano microporous active silicon by non-gravity mixer for 5-30 minutes to uniform state, and obtaining the modified desulfurization and denitration ash powder material for powder ore slag grinding aid. USE - Method for preparing modified slag grinding aid by desulfurizing and denitrating ash. ADVANTAGE - The modified processing method effectively cures leaching of lead, chromium and other harmful elements in the desulfurization and denitration ash. The specific surface area of the desulfurization and denitration ash is improved. The solid waste desulfurization and denitration ash is harmless and bad in the cement additive industry and is recycled.
