▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Manufacture of high quality graphene involves (i) preparing an antioxidant extract obtained from the olive tree by (a) collecting the components of the olive tree, such as the leaves, the wood, the root, the pruning residues, olives and/or derived industrial by-products from the preparation of olive oil, such as washing water from the olive (alpechin), exocarp, mesocarp, and/or endocarp of the olive, and the cake, pomace, orujillo, and/or alperujo, (b) blanching and drying, (c) grinding the dry residue, (d) performing solid-liquid extraction of the obtained product, (e) evaporating to dryness of the liquid phase and (e) for by-products industrial in liquid state and (f) evaporating to dryness, (ii) suspending graphene oxide to obtain exfoliated graphene oxide, (iii) centrifuging, (iv) performing chemical reduction of the exfoliated graphene oxide with the extract antioxidant obtained from the olive tree, (v) filtering and washing the product, and (vi) drying. USE - Manufacture of high quality graphene. Uses include but are not limited to supercapacitors, biosensors, nanoelectronics, battery and fuel cells for computers, smartphones, tablets, medical equipment and household appliances. ADVANTAGE - The method enables economical and efficient manufacture of high quality graphene by using environmentally-friendly solvent and cheaper and safer reagents which are not toxic to people. The graphene allows the reduction of fuel costs by improving the final weight of the vehicle, so the component for vehicles has improved mechanical properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Manufacture of high quality graphene involves (i) preparing an antioxidant extract obtained from the olive tree by (a) collecting the components of the olive tree, such as the leaves, the wood, the root, the pruning residues, olives and/or derived industrial by-products from the preparation of olive oil, such as washing water from the olive (alpechin), exocarp, mesocarp, and/or endocarp of the olive, and the cake, pomace, orujillo, and/or alperujo, (b) blanching and drying the solid component/by-product of the collected olive tree, (c) grinding the dry residue resulting from stage (b), (d) performing solid-liquid extraction of the grinding resulting from stage (c), (e) evaporating to dryness of the liquid phase and (e) for by-products industrial in liquid state, and (f) evaporating to dryness until a dry residue is obtained, (ii) suspending graphene oxide to obtain exfoliated graphene oxide, (iii) centrifuging the exfoliated graphene oxide, (iv) performing chemical reduction of the exfoliated graphene oxide with the extract antioxidant obtained from the olive tree, (v) filtering and washing the product, and (vi) drying the product to obtain high quality graphene.
