NOVELTY - Conductive heat conducting polymer fiber, comprises skin layer and a core layer, the core layer is mainly made by melting the polymer resin, the skin layer is mainly prepared by melting a mixture of nanoscale graphene, calcium carbonate and a polymer resin; where the outer surface of the skin layer is covered with a conductive metal layer. USE - Used as conductive heat conducting polymer fiber. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the conductive heat conducting polymer fiber, comprising (i) where masterbatch of graphene, masterbatch of calcium carbonate, and polymer resin are blended as a component A, polymer resin as a component B, where A component as a skin layer, the B component as core layer, two composite spinning, and elasticizing to obtain double-component complex fiber, (ii) removing oil and impurities from the surface of the double-component complex fiber; and (iii)carrying fiber surface drilling and sensitizing treatment, and (iv) plating the conductive metal layer to obtain the conductive heat conductive polymer fiber.
