NOVELTY - A cathode material comprises lithium iron phosphate, lithium vanadium phosphate and graphene. The lithium iron phosphate and lithium vanadium phosphate are used as a substrate. The graphene is coated on lithium iron phosphate and lithium vanadium phosphate. The coating amount of graphene is 1.5-5 wt.% of the amount of substrate material. USE - Cathode material for lithium battery (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The cathode material has excellent rate performance and low temperature performance.
