NOVELTY - An environmentally-friendly corrosion-resistant single-layer polyethylene terephthalate color coated steel sheet comprises steel substrate laminated on graphene-water-soluble silicone-modified acrylic resin primer layer. The graphene-water-soluble silicone-modified acrylic resin primer layer comprises spherical zinc powder, nano-silica and nano-ceria, sericite powder, and graphene-water-soluble silicone-modified acrylic resin composed of water-soluble silicone-modified acrylic resin, silane coupling agent and graphene oxide. USE - Environmentally-friendly corrosion-resistant single-layer polyethylene terephthalate color coated steel sheet (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The environmentally-friendly corrosion-resistant single-layer polyethylene terephthalate color coated steel sheet has excellent decorative effect, excellent corrosion resistance, and excellent physical and mechanical properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Environmentally-friendly corrosion-resistant single-layer polyethylene terephthalate color coated steel sheet comprises steel substrate laminated on both front and back of graphene-water-soluble silicone-modified acrylic resin primer layer. The polyethylene terephthalate film is coated on the graphene-water-soluble silicone-modified acrylic resin primer layer adhered with polyethylene protective film. The coating is chromate chemical pretreatment liquid. The graphene-water-soluble silicone-modified acrylic resin primer layer comprises component (A) and component (B) in a weight ratio of 4:1. The component (A) comprises 86-90 wt.% 650 mesh, 900 mesh, 1100 mesh, 1300 mesh spherical zinc powder, 7-9 wt.% nano-silica and nano-ceria and 1-5 wt.% 800 mesh sericite powder. The component (B) comprises graphene-water-soluble silicone-modified acrylic resin composed of 65-77 wt.% water-soluble silicone-modified acrylic resin, 19.5-32.5 wt.% silane coupling agent and 0.1-4.0 wt.% graphene oxide. The graphene-water-soluble silicone-modified acrylic resin is prepared by diluting silane coupling agent and deionized water to obtain silane coupling agent dispersant, adding the dispersant to water-soluble silicone-modified acrylic resin, uniformly mixing to form a mixed solution, adding an aqueous dispersion of graphene oxide to the mixed solution and mixing to obtain graphene oxide-water-soluble silicone modified acrylic resin coating. The coating process of coated steel sheet is carried out (S1) cleaning and drying the steel sheet, (S2) carrying out passivation treatment on two sides of steel sheet substrate using chromate chemical pretreatment liquid with concentration of 25-50 wt.% drying, coating, (S3) coating the graphene-water-soluble silicone-modified acrylic resin primer layer with thickness of 5-8 mu m on the coating layer, drying at 150-210 degrees C, curing, (S4) applying polyethylene terephthalate film on the front side of the graphene-water-soluble silicone-modified acrylic resin primer layer and (S5) directly attaching the polyethylene film to the primer layer.
