▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A system of ultrafast resistive type humidity sensors based on nanohybrids comprises an iron oxide and a reduced graphene oxide, which is used as sensitive material for the humidity sensor at room temperature. The iron oxide is ( alpha )-ferrous oxide, ( beta )-ferrous oxide and ( gamma )-ferrous oxide. Also claimed is a method for making the sensor. USE - System of ultrafast resistive type humidity sensors used for detecting and linearizing signal, and for recording breathing patterns and detecting breathing at different rates. ADVANTAGE - The humidity sensors have excellent sensitivity, ultrahigh response, and relatively low sensing and recovery timings.
