NOVELTY - Graphene heat-conducting material comprises a base material and graphene nanosheet. The graphene nanosheet is oriented and arranged inside the base material to form a three-dimensional heat conduction channel. The three-dimensional heat conduction channel is a longitudinal heat conduction channel in the thickness direction of the base material or a three-dimensional heat conduction network composed of a longitudinal heat conduction channel and a horizontal heat conduction channel. USE - The material is useful for preparing an electronic device (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the material comprising (a) mixing the graphene nanosheets with concentrated hydrochloric acid under stirring, filtering the stirred solution to obtain H+ doped graphene nanosheets, (b) uniformly mixing the H+ doped graphene nanosheets with the raw materials of the base material to form a solution, applying an external electric field to the solution, so that the H+ doped graphene nanosheets are aligned in the direction of the electric field, slowly heating, locally stirring the solution to obtain a stable base and (c) evacuating the base material to exhaust the air in the base material, pressing into a material with a certain thickness and vulcanizing at a high temperature to obtain a material.
