▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Composite modified nano-aluminum sol comprises nano aluminum sol loaded with carrier particles with an interlayer structure and cement hydrated active modifier. The carrier with an interlayer structure is graphene oxide, muscovite, bentonite, Kaolin, montmorillonite and/or hydrotalcite. The particle size range of the carrier particles with interlayer is 0.5-5 mum. The pH of the nano-aluminum sol is greater than 4.0, the solid content is 15-25%, and the colloid size is 15-25 nm. The cement hydration reaction active modifier refers to silica sol, fumed silica, nano-silica powder and/or silica powder. The silica content in the silica sol is greater than or equal to 30%, and the colloid size is 10-30 nm. The particle size range of the nano-silica powder and the silica powder is 5-25 nm. The mass ratio of the nano-alumina sol, the carrier with the interlayer structure and the cement hydration active modifier is in the range of 1:(6-10):(2-5). USE - The composite modified nanometre aluminum sol is useful in a non-alkali-free accelerating agent, which is useful for shortening the coagulation hardening time of concrete, improving the bonding effect of the concrete and the sprayed surface, controlling the ejection rebound rate, and stabilizing the soft and weak wall rock. ADVANTAGE - The composite modified nanometre aluminum sol material has good stability and coagulating effect. The accelerator prepared by the sol-gel modified sulfur-free and non-alkali accelerator has no sulfur and sulfur and corrosion-free green environment-friendly characteristics, fast hour strength development, 6-24 hours mortar strength of more than 3.0 MPa, 24-18.0 MPa, 28d compression strength more than 105% and 90 d strength retention rate of 100% (all claimed). The common injection concrete using the accelerator effectively reduces the liquid of sulfur in the alkali-free accelerator, and improves the anti-sulfate corrosion degradation effect of the injection material concrete and the sulfurate corrosion resistance of the accelerator. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) preparing of composite modified aluminium sol; (2) a sulfur-free and alkali-free accelerator; (3) a sol modified sulfur-free and alkali-free accelerator; and (4) an early strength type sol modified sulfur-free and alkali-free accelerator.
