NOVELTY - The UV light detector fabric has a substrate, a zinc oxide film, a zinc oxide nano-rod array, a silver nanowire, an insulating layer, single-layer graphene film. The surface of the metal wire is deposited on the zinc oxide film. The zinc oxide nanocrystals are grown on the surface of the zinc oxide film in vertical direction. An insulating layer is provided on the upper surface of the zinc oxide nano-rod array. The single-layer graphene film is arranged on the outermost layer of the insulating layer. A silver paste directly contacts with graphene for electrode extraction. USE - UV light detector fabric with multilayer structure. ADVANTAGE - The optical detector is provided with high flexibility and high density. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a manufacturing method of UV light detector fabric.
