The surface of the metal wire is deposited on the zinc oxide film. The zinc oxide nanocrystals are grown on the surface of the zinc oxide film in vertical direction. An insulating layer is provided on the upper surface of the zinc oxide nano-rod array. The single-layer graphene film is arranged on the outermost layer of the insulating layer. A silver paste directly contacts with graphene for electrode extraction. USE - UV light detector fabric with multilayer structure.
