NOVELTY - Preparing graphene, comprises: (1) placing graphite into the mixed solution composed of oxidizer layer and an intercalation agent layer; obtaining a first intercalation compound; (2) processing the first intercalation compound in the air, obtaining first peeling off object; (3) conducting secondary intercalation method or moderate oxidization method to obtain secondary intercalation compound; (4) processing the secondary intercalation compound; obtaining a secondary peeling off object; and (5) using liquid phase to conduct ultrasonic processing, grinding and milling the graphite. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - Compared with current technology, the advantages of the method are as follows: the prepared graphene has good conductivity, and the yield is high, preparation process is simple, the cost is low and is easy to commercially produce. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of graphene, comprises: (1) placing graphite into the mixed solution composed of oxidizer layer and an intercalation agent layer; dipping for 0.5-5 hours at 20-60 degrees C, stirring mechanically for 0.5-5 hours, or conducting ultrasonic treatment for 0.5-3 hours to obtain the first intercalation compound; moreover, the mass ratio of graphite, oxidizing agent and intercalating agent is 1:0.2 to 10:0.5 to 10; (2) processing the first secondary intercalation compound in the air, keeping the temperature at 600-900 degrees C and the processing time is 10-60 seconds so as to fast decompose the intercalation agent and realize the first stripping between the graphite intercalation compound to obtain first peeling off object; (3) conducting secondary intercalation method or moderate oxidization method to the first peeling off object to obtain secondary intercalation compound; (4) processing the secondary intercalation compound in air and keeping temperature at 600-900 degrees C, processing for 10-60 seconds so as to realize the second peeling off of graphite to obtain the secondary peeling off object; and (5) using liquid phase to conduct ultrasonic processing, grinding and milling the graphite completely to obtain the product graphite.
