NOVELTY - Water washing and cold-proof ventilating fabric comprises base layer fabric and coating, where base fabric comprises 2-4 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 60-80 pts. wt. cotton fiber, 5-8 pts. wt. silk fiber, 20-10 pts. wt. wormwood fiber, 10-20 pts. wt. bamboo fiber, 1-2 pts. wt. corn fiber and 1-2 pts. wt. sodium dodecyl sulfonate, where fabric is prepared by taking all raw material in clean and dried stirring tank, mixing for 20-30 minutes under rotating speed of 500-700 revolutions/minutes, spinning to obtain warp, soaking warp and weft in finishing liquid, freezing at -5degrees Celsius for 10-15 minutes, taking out and drying at 50degrees Celsius, hot air drying at flow rate of 1 to 2 m/second for 20 to 30 minutes, placing dried warp and weft in weaving machine to obtain base fabric, and coating on base fabric, where coating thickness is 0.01-0.02 millimeter, drying to obtain washable cold-proof ventilating fabric. USE - Water washing and cold-proof ventilating fabric used for making clothes. ADVANTAGE - The fabric has good ventilation, moisture-permeable, cold-proof performance, and good water resistance performance, where water-resistant polyurethane resin is added with fluorine-containing monomer, and have better water resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for the preparation method of washable and cold-proof ventilating fabric, which involves: (a) using graphene oxide, one half of cotton fibre silk fiber, wormwood fiber, antibacterial agent, and half of terylene which are added in clean, and dry stirring tank; mixing for 20-30 minutes under rotating speed of 400-600 rotation/minute, after mixing, spinning to obtain warp; (b) adding one-half of cotton fiber, bamboo fiber, half of terylene corn fiber, and sodium dodecyl sulfate; adding in stirring tank, mixing for 20-30 minutes under rotating speed of 500-700 rotation/minute, after mixing, spinning to obtain weft; (c) soaking warp, and weft in finishing liquid for 1-1.5 hours, then freezing for 10-15 minutes at -5degrees Celsius; taking out, and using temperature is 50degrees Celsius, where flow speed is 1-2 m/second of hot air; drying for 20-30 minutes, then placing dried warp, and weft in weaving machine to obtain base fabric; (d) coating coat on base fabric, where coating thickness is 0.01-0.02 millimeter (mm); and drying to obtain washable cold- proof ventilating fabric.
