NOVELTY - A europium-doped titanium oxide/graphene oxide composite film is obtained by forming europium-doped titanium oxide nanodots-graphite oxide composite layer with thickness of 30-150 nm, density of 1x 1010-1x 1011/cm2, europium concentration of 0.005-0.015 mol/L and graphite oxide concentration of 5-15 mg/L, on a substrate. USE - Europium-doped titanium oxide/graphene oxide composite film is used in vitro cell culture, tissue engineering and biomedical engineering. ADVANTAGE - Europium-doped titanium oxide/graphene oxide composite film has excellent biocompatibility, protein adsorption properties and optical properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of europium-doped titanium oxide/graphene oxide composite film, which involves using europium source, titanium source and complexing agent.
