NOVELTY - A photocurable silicone composition comprises an olefin polysiloxane comprising one or more side chains comprising a strained cyclic functional group comprising a carbon-carbon double bond and/or one or more terminations comprising the strained cyclic functional group, and a mercapto polysiloxane comprising thiol functional groups. USE - Photocurable silicone composition is used for additive manufacturing in formation of three-dimensional product (all claimed) e.g. graphene/silicone composite material. Can also be used for conformal coating, optical fiber coating, electrical encapsulation and adhesive composition. ADVANTAGE - The photocurable silicone composition provides three-dimensional product having excellent mechanical property including strength, elongation, storage modulus, Young's modulus and stretchability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) method (P1) for curing e.g. photocuring the photocurable silicone composition, which involves contacting the olefin polysiloxane with the mercapto polysiloxane to obtain a mixture, and irradiating the mixture with light to cure the composition; (2) additive manufacturing in formation of three-dimensional product, which involves (i) providing a print cartridge comprising the mixture of olefin polysiloxane and mercapto polysiloxane, (ii) depositing a portion of the mixture on to a build platform by printing using a three-dimensional printing apparatus to provide a layer of the three-dimensional product, (iii) irradiating the deposited portion of the mixture with light, and (iv) repeating the processes (ii,iii); and (3) three-dimensional printer cartridge, which comprises a chamber comprising the mixture.
