NOVELTY - Preparing modified calcium carbonate comprises (i) taking 100-120 pts. wt. graphene powder, 1000-1200 pts. wt. glycerol, 100-120 pts. wt. carboxymethyl cellulose attached silver ion, 100-120 pts. wt. nano silicon dioxide, 100-120 pts. wt. dipropylheptyl phthalate, (ii) configuring anti-tearing material, grinding machine to grinding into powder, (iii) taking dipropylheptyl phthalate and glycerin, (iv) adding graphene powder into mixing grinding kettle, allowing to stand into mixed material, (v) taking calcium carbonate dry powder with particle size of 4-7 μm, adding pure water, (vi) taking stearic acid, adding inside of slurry, mixing to obtain initial modified slurry, (vii) taking out initial modified slurry, (viii) drying in drying box at 200℃ to obtain initial calcium carbonate, (ix) taking out modified calcium carbonate block, using crushing to crush to obtain active calcium carbonate dry powder, and (x) adding mixed powder material to obtain active calcium carbonate. USE - The method is used in agricultural degradable films (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method has excellent heat-resistant oxygen aging resistance, heat-resistant oxygen light aging performance, can be better use outdoor, improves the aging resistance of the degradation film, improves the mechanical performance of the degradable film, avoids the film is broken under the action of the thermal oxygen, improves the durable performance of the degradable film and improves the service life of the degradable film. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing modified calcium carbonate comprises (i) taking 100-120 pts. wt. graphene powder, 1000-1200 pts. wt. glycerol, 100-120 pts. wt. carboxymethyl cellulose attached silver ion, 100-120 pts. wt. ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber, 100-120 pts. wt. nano silicon dioxide, 100-120 pts. wt. dipropylheptyl phthalate, (ii) configuring of anti-tearing material, taking ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber, nano silicon dioxide, adding to the inside of the mixing and grinding kettle, starting using a grinding machine to grinding into powder, (iii) taking 100-120 pts. wt. dipropylheptyl phthalate and 100-120 pts. wt. glycerin, and adding into the mixing and grinding kettle to stirring, (iv) adding 100-120 pts. wt. graphene powder into the mixing grinding kettle, continuously stirring the mixed material, after finishing stirring, allowing to stand obtained mixed material, (v) taking 1000-1200 pts. wt. calcium carbonate dry powder with particle size of 4-7 μm to the inside of the mixing and grinding kettle, adding pure water to prepare slurry with solid mass fraction of 75 wt.%, (vi) weighing 10-30 pts. wt. stearic acid, adding inside of the slurry, and stirring completely and mixing to obtain the initial modified slurry, (vii) taking out the initial modified slurry, adding 100-120 pts. wt. carboxymethyl cellulose attached silver ion into the initial modified slurry, and mixing and grinding tank to continue stirring, (viii) after finishing stirring, stopping stirring, taking out the slurry, drying in the drying box at 200℃ to obtain initial calcium carbonate, (ix) taking out the modified calcium carbonate block after drying, using crushing to crush at a high speed for 3 minutes to obtain active calcium carbonate dry powder, using a grinding to grind the calcium carbonate powder to a diameter of 2 μm, and (x) taking out the calcium carbonate powder, adding the mixed powder material, continuously stirring and mixing, the stirring speed is 600 revolutions/minute, the stirring time is 240 minute to obtain the active calcium carbonate and packaging and storing.
